Letzter Abend. Als Abschlussfest wird ein Konzert organisiert. Aus den Gemeinden kommen Chöre und, ja, wir sollen auch mitmachen. Bisschen vorbereitet sind wir, haben vorher Lieder und Noten zusammen gesucht und sogar zwei Flöten dabei. Das Konzert in der Kirche von Asania Front beginnt mit furiosen Posaunen, danach tolle Chöre und dann wir. Wir sind redlich bemüht und finden wohlwollendes Publikum. Aber deutlich wird: wir sind kein Chor. Es swingt und bebt in uns doch deutlich weniger. Die Stimmen sind ungeübt und tanzen können wir auch nicht. Aber: wir waren dabei. Heute hat musikalisch eben der olympische Gedanke gezählt. Danke fürs Zuhören!

Last evening. For farewell there is a concert organized. There are choires from the parishes and we shall join in. We are prepared a bit, have chosen songs and even two flutes with us. The concert starts with furios trumpets, followed by incredible choirs and then we. We are struggling hard and we stood in front of a good willing audience. But it came out: we are not a choir. The Voices are not in training and dancing is totaly not ours. But we were there. Today it was more the olympic thought that counts. Thanks for listening.
